[PlanetCCRMA] updates: snd, qamix, alsa-patch-bay, rev-plugins

Hi, catching up on some stuff:

* snd updated to 7.4-1 on RHX.X and FC1 (same release as in FC2).
  Now includes a GTK based build as well as the Motif build. 
* qamix updated to version 0.0.7e-1
* alsa-patch-bay updated to release 1.0.0-2, only removed redundant menu
  entries (as in FC2). 
* rev-plugins updated to release 0.2.1-2, removed old ladspa-sdk
  dependency (as in FC1/FC2).
