[PlanetCCRMA] updated: cinelerra, rosegarden, specimen

Hi all... some updates:
* cinelerra up to 1.2.0-1 (RH9/FC1/FC2 only)
* rosegarden4 up to 0.9.8-1 (RH9/FC1/FC2 only)
* specimen up to 0.2.9-1 (RH9/FC1/FC2 only)

As you can see compiling complex programs for RedHat < 9 is getting more
and more difficult. If somebody else is interested in checking what the
problems building them were let me know, I could use patches (where
possible - some programs just require much newer versions of basic core
packages).
