[PlanetCCRMA] upgrading existing cdrom-iso install via http://... bad idea???

so said, so done. first i did check the changelog entry on the website
for the latest kernel update. after i restored my sound levels, the new
kernel is now running as happily as ever. 
this morning i finished bringing everything up to date by doing the
apt-get dist-upgrade. there were only few packages left to change, no
weird .caps kernel entries in the list this time.   8)
