[PlanetCCRMA] xmms-jack 0.7

Hi

I've had problems with using xmms-jack from the Planet because version 
0.6 only supports output in the same sample rate as the jack server.
Checked on the xmms-jack home page and version 0.7 has been released 
which adds support for sample rate conversion.
This is just a friendly request for that version to be added to the list 
of things to be upgraded ...
