[PlanetCCRMA] csound dependencies for redhat 9

Packages at Planet CCRMA (and elsewhere) are not independent entities
that can be easily installed with rpm. Install, configure and use apt to
install the Planet CCRMA packages, apt will automatically solve all
dependencies. See the instructions at:
