I'm not bashing LADSPA, but i think the need for something like DSSI was
there for a long time. LADSPA is great and all, but it's nowhere near
the capabilities of the Windows stuff (VST). DSSI is.

Hopefully the plugin writers will see the light and start using DSSI for
every new plugin that gets implemented. Porting the LADSPA plugins to
DSSI would be great too.
