[PlanetCCRMA] added: planetccrma-midishare-* packages

As is the case with ALSA and the kernel, in MidiShare you need to
install the proper version and architecture of the MidiShare kernel
module that matches the kernel you are running. To make this easier I
just added four new virtual packages:
  planetccrma-midishare
  planetccrma-midishare-smp
  planetccrma-midishare-redhat
  planetccrma-midishare-redhat-smp
They have the same semantics as the planetccrma-core* packages. Use them
to install MidiShare (instead of installing the midishare package
directly). Choose the one that matches the Planet CCRMA Core you are
using.
