* updated mcp-plugins to version 0.1.4-1
* added rev-plugins version 0.1.1-1 (a LADSPA reverberator plugin based
  on gverb)
* updated ALSA Modular Synth (ams) to version 1.6.0 (thanks to Roger E
  Critchlow for the notice about the ams and mcp-plugins updates)

As usual more details available in the Changelog. 

Ahem, I also updated synaptic to version 0.45 last week, but forgot to
announce it to the list (several users requested the update).
