[PlanetCCRMA] added/updated: libxml2, libart_lgpl (for ardour)

* added (on 7.2/7.3) or updated (on 8.0) libart_lgpl to version 2.3.11-2
  (same as included in 9)
* updated (on 7.2/7.3/8.0) libxml2 to version 2.5.4-1 (same as included
  in 9)

Both libraries are now required to build Ardour (they used to be part of
the Ardour source package).
