[PlanetCCRMA] Apt-Get stalls

Well, I tried the suggestions and apt-get has hung with the message:

Reading Package Lists... 0%

Iit's been there 40 mins and still at 99.9% cpu in top, so I think there's 
definitely an issue there for me.  I guess I'll try out other things.
