[PlanetCCRMA] Difficulty with alsa-tools rpm

I just upgraded my ccrma-core. All worked fine exept the alsa-tools
package. Here I get the message

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Why did it only fetch 1B? If I use the link directly, I get the
full-sized package.
