[PlanetCCRMA] adding extra midi in..

I'll sell ya my midisport :)  it's a 2x2 and I don't need it - be warned,
the reason I can't use it is its drivers conflict with my HDSP 9652 drivers
and I haven't figured out why. i'm on redhat 9 with the planet
