[PlanetCCRMA] news: two new Planet CCRMA mirrors

Two new mirrors of Planet CCRMA are online:

CAIT (http://www.cait.org/), 
    Illinois, USA:
    http://planetccrma.cait.org/software/
ICEM (http://icem-www.folkwang-hochschule.de/),
    Germany (2Mb/s slow link):
    http://icem-www.folkwang-hochschule.de/planetccrma/software/

I have not yet updated the example /etc/apt/sources.list, if you want to
modify yours just replace the CCRMA urls with their equivalent for the
new mirrors. 

Thanks to Chris Spencer at CAIT (Center for the Application of
Information Technologies), and Thomas Neuhaus at ICEM (Institute for
Computer Music and Electronic Media) for their help. Please note that
the link to the world at ICEM is only 2Mb/s so it may be slow (unless
you are at ICEM, of course!).
