It is the low latency kernel. It is optimized for realtime applications
but does not have a lot of patches that RedHat adds to their kernels
(but it is usually newer than the one RedHat ships). 2.4.19 has been
updated in the last few days to 2.4.20-4.ll.acpi. See the web page
changelog for details.
