latencytest compiles, but a support program does not, and it was that set of
error messages that we causing my problems.

   Maybe one of these days we could get an rpm package together for
latencytest? I think it would be of value for tuning the system, and I don't
see it in the list right now.

   I'm having trouble with the tar.gz file form the net compiling under RH
7.3.

   Just an idea.
