[PlanetCCRMA] first "Nano HOWTO": usb midi and midisports

Hi All, I added the first "Nano HOWTO" to the Planet CCRMA
pages. It tries to document what we did with Juan Reyes to get
a Midisport 2x2 USB MIDI interface (sort off) working under
RedHat 7.3 and the Planet system (not tested on 7.2 but should
work).

It includes RPMs for the fxload utility and the two firmware
images (for the Midisport 1x1 and 2x2) and links to the
relevant web pages. I did not have time to test this from
scratch today, so I might be missing some steps, but Carr (who
BTW actually managed to get sound working on his laptop!) is
going to be embarking into the MIDI quest and I wanted to make
sure there was something in the Planet CCRMA pages I could use
to break his machine again :-) ;-) :-p
