[PlanetCCRMA] updated: stk, libavc1394, libdv, kino, mjpegtools, mplayer

The following packages have been updated in 7.2/7.3 and in all cases 
added (if they were missing) to the 8.0 repository:

* updated libavc1394 to version 0.4.1 (needed by the new kino)
* updated libdv to 0.98 (needed by the new kino)
* updated kino to 0.6
* rebuilt mjpegtools, same version but now linked agains the new libdv
* updated mplayer, now at version 0.90pre8, gui works, a lot of skins
* updated stk to version 4.1.1
