[PlanetCCRMA] jack not running

Hi,
   Does anyone else using PlanetCCRMA have the problem where the jack
process still exists, but all jack applications say it's not running? This
is consistently happening to me, especially after the machine has been
sitting a while. My screen goes black, like a screen saver timeout, and then
when I come back, new jack apps say jack isn't running.

   It happens on two very different machines, so I doubt it's hardware.
