[PlanetCCRMA] updated: snd, redhat 8.0

* Snd has been updated to the freshly released 6.2 version. You might get 
  a warning about library versions when starting snd if you are running 
  RedHat 7.3. Carr alerted me to this, most probably due to the fact that
  I compiled the packages in my laptop which is running a newer version of
  alsa. I may rebuild tomorrow but it appears to work fine. 

You can track the current state of the CCRMA Planet for RedHat 8.0 rebuild
in the Changelog. A lot of stuff is working but some is not (feel free to
contribute working source rpms :-) So far I have only tackled the audio
portion of Planet CCRMA, not too bad so far.
