[PlanetCCRMA] Lame problems on RH 7.3

Failing at the install step basically. Weird though. The first line acts
like lame is still installed in /usr/bin, but it isn't. To get ready for
this new code I used Synaptic to remove lame and lame-devel. Should I
have done something else?
