[PlanetCCRMA] added: vkeybd, updated: jack-rack, ams, docs, year (almost)

* jack-rack has been updated to version 1.0.1

* vkeybd 0.1.12 has been added to the repository (small gui program that
  emulates a midi keyboard, can be connected through the alsa sequencer
  patchbay). 

* ams has been updated to version 1.5.5 (adds more examples in
  /usr/share/ams). 

* some much needed documentation updates, see changelog for details. 

Most probably no more updates till next year! Be patient! :-)
