[PlanetCCRMA] oxy8 and 2x2

I'm using the midiman 2x2 which is supposed to be
similar to the oxygen 8 (I mean similar drivers).  I
experience problems almost identical to those of other
users on the list UNLESS I unplug the 2x2 before
booting then plug it in after all alsa drivers for my
emi2|6 load, then things work fine with both.
