Yes, thank you very much!!

I would have thought that patch would be in, but realized later it wasn't.

Should we request on alsa-dev that they add it so this doesn't continue to
happen?

Also, I don't know if you've seen it, but there was a preliminary patch
presented this morning for managing real sound cards vs. USB hot plug
devices. Takashi (sp? from memory) was asking for comments.  It turns out
that this ordering problem I'm seeing with the MidiMan 2X2 is real. I think
your inputs would be welcomed.

I do, the -43 release did not include the hdsp patch to recognize the
new card version you have and apparently cvs still does not have that
in. I'll release another version latter today. AArghhhh! :-)
