[PlanetCCRMA] filmgimp 0.10-1

It was, so it is now online in the Planet CCRMA repository (version
0.10-1). I have only tested that it starts on RedHat 8.0, no film
editing done with it so far :-)

If somebody out there uses it successfully let me know.
