Hi CCRMA PhD students,

TL;DR

·         Desk assignments announced (see below).

·         Anonymous feedback form to grad rep (in pink)

Here are the preliminary desk results for Spring Quarter. This is preliminary because there might be more desks available in the area between Jonathan and Takako/Chris’ offices, but this is very TBD.

Current Status:
1 & 2: Luna/Celeste/Andrew (share/figure it out)
3: Marise
4: Camille
5:  Jonathan Abel / Rotating desk (anyone can use if he’s not there)
6: Mike
7: Barbara
8: Nima
9: Vidya

V. IMPORTANT:
This quarter we will have a “don’t use it, lose it” policy. Since there aren’t enough desks for everyone, if people notice that someone hasn’t been at their desk for ~2/3 weeks without being abroad etc., we can discuss re-allocating that desk to someone who needs it.

As I will be representing y’all as grad rep this year, I’ve also created a google form to anonymously (or if you just don’t feel like emailing me) submit comments/questions/concerns. Please use it with kindness.
