[neuromusiclab] Locking the windows!

Kunwoo did you call the 911 or the campus police? hope you stay safe 

Thank you Vidya for the very sensible suggestions and useful
information. 

I am cc-ing this to Nette and Matt - I think when we change the windows
of the building we should make sure that our window cannot be approached
from outside on the ground level.
