[Mininote] CCRMA Registration Form

Hello Notation Class,

Here is a registration form which you should fill in so that you can
use the computer networks at CCRMA on the first day of the class.

If you can already log into the CCRMA computers, then you do not have
to fill in the form.

It would be useful if you would print it out and drop it by room 129
in Braun Music Building by next Monday (you can slip it under the door
if no one is there).

Alternatively if you don't come to campus too often, I will be at
CCRMA an hour before the first class (6 April) to help everyone get
connected to the internet, and you can bring it then.
