Course substitutions in the MA/MST program

Dear MA/MST students,

Most of you have met with me over the past year to discuss substitutions
in your MA/MST course requirements.  I believe I mentioned in all cases
that an email message summarizing our agreement was required so that I
could forward it to Debbie and others to keep everyone in synch.  It has
now been brought to my attention that Debbie does not have complete
email documentation of this nature.  Therefore, if you have any
deviations in your MA/MST program, please resend your supporting email,
or else write a new message specifying

course dropped
course added in its place
reason for the change (why we decided it was better for your program)
