Please take note of the following important deadlines.

Last day to change grading option for Winter quarter - Monday, February 17.
Last day to withdraw (W) from classes - Sunday, March 2.

Application to graduate at end of Winter quarter - Sunday, March 2.
Application to graduate at end of Spring quarter - Sunday, April 13.

Please note that the Registrar's office has changed the policy on
filing an application to graduate in Axess   The deadlines listed
above are set in stone - NO EXCEPTIONS and no late in-person
applications.  If you miss these deadlines, you will have to wait an
additional quarter.  Ph.D. candidates should especially note this
change.  If you suspect that you might submit in the Spring, apply to
graduate by the April 13 deadline.  You can always withdraw your
application, but you will not be allowed to apply after the April 13
deadline.
