i'm the administrator for the mamst list, so if something doesn't go
through in a reasonable amount of time to the list it means it's held up
waiting for the next time i check my email to approve its delivery.  the
common things that cause it to be postponed and filtered through me are:
being too long, having mamst@ccrma in the bcc field (ie, not explicitly
being sent to our list).  if you have any other questions, let me know.

i've always approved everything that came through.
