[LAC-19] LAC-19 Program

Would it makes sense to link the papers for the demos, too? Or maybe
those should just get collected in the proceedings with everything
else.
The "Attend to LAC-19" button on the landing page might want to be
"Attend LAC-19"
The site is fantastic and does the upcoming conference proud.
