[LAC-19] LAC Keynote

Thanks for sending this out, Romain! They all are be excellent
possibilities A few thoughts:

- Marije Baalman was LAC keynote speaker a few years back -- she's great,
but I think we should try to bring in a non-repeat speaker.

- Both Leslie Garcia and Nancy Mauro-Flude sound like exciting options --
NMF has written this cultural-theoretical text about Linux and Theatre (
http://networkcultures.org/blog/2007/04/23/linux-for-theatre-makers-embodiment-and-nix-modus-operandi/#more
-- I haven't read it yet); and LG has done a lot of work with open hardware
and really cool glitchy stuff.

As of now, I am really excited about the possibility of inviting Leslie
Garcia. And as far as travel costs, she does not live very far (Mexico).
Also, the Latin American electronic arts DIY angle she would bring into LAC
would be very welcome, in my opinion.

My two cents for now...
