[LAC-19] Alternatives for video recording and live streaming

Hello.

Starting a thread about options for this matter.

For the moment, one of the choices that I've seen mentioned and being 
used with good reviews is this one:

    * OBS Studio (Open Broadcaster Software):

- multiplatform
- good reviews, mainly vidcast and podcast people
- apparently enough easy and complete for out needs


I'll try to make a test lab to see it in action and have a first hand 
experience.

If you guys have some feedback about this or any other alternative 
please let me know.
