Hi y'all,

Before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, some of you had asked if we
could have a meeting to talk about things like the required
courses for CCRMA's graduate programs. I wasn't able to get that
ball rolling before things shut down, so I wanted to find a time
for us to meet this quarter via Zoom. However, given that this
quarter is so abnormal, and that the faculty and many of the TAs
are putting in significant extra work to revamp the entire
curriculum so it can be delivered effectively online, I propose
that any meeting we grad students have be purely so I and next
year's rep can learn what y'all's questions about the course
requirements are. This will help us form a groundwork for opening
a conversation once things calm down a little after this quarter,
but since there's so much happening right now, particularly with
everyone re-designing all the courses on the fly, I think we
should hold off on passing these questions along until we've reset
for next year post-coronavirus.

If you think that sounds like a good thing to do, I've made a
when2meet so we can figure out when would be best to meet up:
https://www.when2meet.com/?8955995-Wvz14. It's for the next few
weeks, since I know everyone's schedule is in flux these days.

Don't forget, we've got a Zoom check-in tomorrow evening! The
link is in Nette's email to local-users.

Stay safe and healthy, everyone!

Best,

-Noah
