[Grads] Call for assistance this evening

Greetings!

I hope you are all looking forward to having dinner with all our Music colleagues, and then to the CCRMA Transitions concert this evening! The backyard is looking nice, and is filled with loudspeakers and all sorts of deliciously nerdy equipment.

Since we have these two wonderful events happening in very close timing, we need some assistance from you to make sure we can begin the pre-concert panel on time. The tables need to be taken down and *very* carefully rolled out to the parking area (avoiding all cables!), and the chairs need to be folded and stacked on dollies. Anyone available and able to help, please find me or Matt and we can give specific directions.
