[Grads] Conference funding reminder

Hey crew!

Hope all remains well with you. We’ve received confirmation that Stanford restrictions on University-supported travel will be loosening up significantly in a few days, and Matt suggested to me that this would be a great time to remind you all that you still have access to up to $800 from CCRMA for conference attendance/participation, publication fees, and travel (where allowed by Stanford policy). This funding is only available through August 2021, at which time the funding goes away. We will have a newer travel/conference policy (which, by the way, we would love to hear suggestions about!) for the coming 2021-22 year which we’ll work on now and announce closer to the start of the school year.

Let me know if you have any questions! Get those receipts in to me ASAP, as it does take time for me to process reimbursements. All student expenses will also need a completed and signed Authorized Expense Form <https://fingate.stanford.edu/sites/default/files/resources/forms/certification_student.pdf>.
