Hey everyone!

*TLDR:*
nominate 3 fellow CCRMA students to be in the running for next Grad Student
Rep using this anonymous form: https://forms.gle/FVfNBTb3js8UVfcD6
*DUE NEXT Friday 7/23/2*1!

~ ~ ~

I hope you are all having a restful and enjoyable summer.

It's been a joy to help lift some of your voices and serve as Grad Student
Rep for the 2020-2021 term. I hope to continue to help in whatever
capacities I can even with a less official title. Alas, it is (well past)
time to elect a new CCRMA Graduate Student Representative.

Remember: The role of the Grad Student Representative is to collect
questions, opinions, and concerns of fellow CCRMA graduate students and
help convey them to the faculty. The rep must be able to do so without
revealing the identity of the question/opinion/concern's source.
Additionally, the rep helps plan the quarterly town hall meetings,
alongside members of the faculty, staff and colloquium planning committee.
In general, the Grad Student Rep should be able to keep their own views and
ideas separate from the views and ideas of the student body in general,
both when interacting with the faculty and staff and when soliciting
thoughts from graduate students.

The position has a one-year term, and nobody can serve more than once.

Please elect up to 3 fellow CCRMA graduate students who you think will rock
the position, using this form:

https://forms.gle/FVfNBTb3js8UVfcD6

*The form is anonymous*. If you yourself are interested in the position,
feel free to enter your own name as one of your entries.

*Nominations are due by Friday July 23rd (that is next Friday)*.

Cheers,

Mike Mulshine
