[Grads] [Colloquium] Canceled tonight - rapid fires postponed

Due to low sign-ups for rapid fires tonight, we are postponing rapid
fire talks until mid-November or Winter quarter. Sign-ups will remain on
the wiki, and we encourage you to add yourself at any time. Once we have
more interest, we'll schedule it. 

I also forgot to add that rapid fires are informal don't have to be a
polished presentation.
