In repl.scm, I do all the evaluation in top-level-let which<br>
is initialized to (sublet (rootlet)). So, to restart with<br>
a clean slate, you evaluate<br>

(set! top-level-let (sublet (rootlet)))<br>

Or that's the claim anyway -- I can't remember that I ever<br>
tried it.<br>
