I think this is the problem. I tried your suggestions... none of them worked. <span style="font-size: larger;"><b>libclm.so</b></span> is simply not there to be found. I assume at some point it is made/built... I also tried downloading it off the internet but couldn't find a version to download... I assume that probably wouldn't work anyway since I am using CYGWIN.
