Yes. Thanks.  This one is being read by the pass files now, and outputs  a raw.snd file.

I haven't used hooks in snd, so I'm getting unbound variable error there.  Probably my fault somehow.
But with open float (le) option seems to get reasonably close to what is should sound like, although converts
to 44.1Khz.

Yours (snd) is one of the few places for this kind of historical info.  Thanks so much for your help.

the INS1.f file is not a fortran file, so rename it to INS1,
then type INS1 to pass1.  I need to update music5.f to fix
some warnings that gfortran has added since 2008.  This is
not real high on my TODO list (I can't see why you want to
use music5).
