[CM] Making a GUID in s7?

Hi all, I have need of scm generated GUIDs for some integration in web
assembly (thus gensym's won't do the trick). Before I go reinventing the
wheel, I though I should check if there is already a way to do so, or if
there is a common Scheme way of doing so that is not in s7 that I could
just copy in.

Otherwise I was just thinking of a sufficiently long randomly generated
sequence of alphanumerics... if that's a bad idea, I'm all ears!
