[CM] snd (jack) dac output channels > 2 ?

Set the environment variable SNDLIB_NUM_JACK_CHANNELS, for example:

  shell> SNDLIB_NUM_JACK_CHANNELS=8 snd

or in ~/.bashrc:

  export SNDLIB_NUM_JACK_CHANNELS=8
