thanks. cool to see an ftp server still in action these days.

snd is also available via https: 
<https://ccrma.stanford.edu/software/snd/snd-24.5.tar.gz>

however: the website itself (<https://ccrma.stanford.edu/software/snd/>) 
still lists the old 24.4 release.

For the Debian packaging of 'snd', I heavily rely on a public website 
that lists the current release. automation tools build on that.

it would be cool if the homepage could be updated.
