[CM] What motivated the change from CL to Scheme?

s4m-targeted revision as an online e-book, in case that simplifies the
process any. (As in, we would only need the publisher to release the work
into creative commons and neither you nor them would need to do anything

Michael, yes s7 "just works" as WASM. There are two examples of getting it
going. I have a private repo with a (naive but functional) scheduler too,
and I can cut out the s7 + Scheduler part some time if that is of use. It
uses an audio worklet in C++ for the scheduler so we do jitter to the
nearest 128 sample boundary for event onsets (why didn't they use 64
WASM??) but it might be useful as a proof of concept.
