[CM] Error trying to load Alex Shinn's regext library

My apologies for the noise, I'm an idiot who didn't read far enough through
the docs. (RTFM and all that). One just needs to change the *all-chars*
definition to the ASCII version in irregex.scm. I'll let people know how it
goes!
