[CM] c_objects and garbage collection: s7_make_c_object_without_gc ?

I'll check it out -- it sounds unproblematic.  I assume the
s7_cell that holds the c_object can be in the heap, and freed
for reuse when s7 thinks it can't be accessed anymore.
