[CM] s4m sequencing book(let) up

Hi folks, I've just finished the first part of my ebook(let) on writing
step sequencers with Scheme for Max. I'm interested in collecting
feedback before I make accompanying videos for it, so if if anyone is
interested in being and early reader, that would be lovely. Feedback can be
sent here, to me privately, or submitted as github issues.
