[CM] Trouble buillding cm on Arch Linux

I was expecting that old code to be in cm, not s7 -- the rest
of s7.c assumes the new form.  But, this was probably not going to
work anyway because I made a lot of big changes in moving
to Snd 13.0.  I think we need to keep compatible versions of
sndlib around for cm, or maybe it could be included with cm?
Let me poke around -- maybe I can find a version of sndlib.tar.gz
of the correct vintage.
