[CM] grace runs as root user only

Hi Rick,

I have been trying to run Grace as a normal user on 'Fedora-12' with no
success. I changed permissions to allow for any user and also disable
SELinux but still no luck. Grace-3.6.0 binary runs fine as a root user.
